The Board of OneView Commerce, Inc. consists of two executive and non-executive directors. The role of the board is to determine the overall strategic direction of OneView Commerce and manage the company in the interest of the investors.
Management of the company’s day to day activities is undertaken by the leadership team together with the executive directors.

Richard Abraham, Chairman (Non-executive Director)
Our Chairman Richard Abraham is a London-based international banker and veteran of Bank of America where his career spanned over 25 years.
He served as a director of NSB Retail Systems Plc from its 1997 IPO up to its 2008 acquisition by Epicor, and for the last 5 years of his tenure acted as Chairman of the Board and the Audit Committee,guiding NSB through numerous strategic and expansion initiatives and working in close liaison with Stuart Mitchell in his then CFO role. Richard serves as an independent director of OneView Commerce, maintaining contact with and consulting the interests of our current and prospective investors, among his other responsibilities.
Richard holds an accounting qualification and an MBA degree from London Business School.

Stuart Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer
Stuart Mitchell brings wide ranging experience to OneView Commerce as he spearheads the company's efforts in developing both sales and delivery channels and as a member of the OneView Commerce Board of Directors. Stuart’s most recent corporate role was CFO and Executive in charge of the Store Business Unit at retail software company NSB Retail Systems. Under his leadership, the company was able weather the downturn of 2001 and return to strong organic growth reporting earnings increases in each of the four years commencing in 2004. Realizing that consolidation was becoming ever more important, he was able to guide the sale of NSB at a significant premium in 2007.
An experienced executive in finance and general management, Stuart brings a global view of companies and markets having acquired and participated in the management of businesses in the UK, North America, Europe and the Far East. He has been involved with early stage growth situations, turnarounds, industry consolidations and sale situations and has served as a board member on a number of public and private companies spanning a range of industries.
Stuart’s background prior to NSB was in finance spending his first 11 years with PWC, principally in their New York office, and thereafter as CFO at publicly listed companies. He graduated with a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Auckland. Professional designations include Chartered Accountant (New Zealand) and Certified Public Accountant (USA).

Linda Palanza, Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years of application software experience in the US and Europe, Linda Palanza brings a depth of skills to the sales and marketing efforts at OneView Commerce and is also a member of the Board of Directors. Most recently, Linda held the position of Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development of German software provider GK Software AG where she managed the launch of the GK/Retail product into North America.
Prior to GK, Linda headed up Sales and Marketing for the POS and CRM products at NSB Retail Systems. During her time with NSB, she closed numerous opportunities and was actively involved in improving client relations. Previous to NSB, she held management positions at Triversity (SAP Retail) and Geac’s SmartStream business unit. For 10 years from 1990, Linda was President of ABT, guiding the company from start up to its eventual sale to Geac Enterprise Systems. ABT developed and sold an Order Management solution into the retail supplier market. Earlier in her career, she held roles as Director of Development at Software 2000 (Infinium) and as a developer and implementation specialist at American Software.
Linda majored in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration at Washington State University.
