Linda Palanza

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Linda Palanza is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of OneView and a member of the Board of Directors. She is responsible for overseeing that the company’s vision and strategic initiatives are implemented in all divisions. She also is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of sales, marketing, development and services. Linda is responsible for all of the company’s strategic business partnerships and works closely with product strategy to ensure that the OneView products are designed to address the complexities of the retail sector.

Prior to OneView, Linda held the position of Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development of German software provider GK Software AG where she managed the launch of the GK/Retail product into North America. Prior to GK, Linda headed up Sales and Marketing for the POS and CRM products at NSB Retail Systems. During her time with NSB, she closed numerous opportunities and was actively involved in improving client relations.

Previous to NSB, she held management positions at Triversity (SAP Retail) and Geac’s SmartStream business unit. For 10 years from 1990, Linda was President of ABT, guiding the company from start up to its eventual sale to Geac Enterprise Systems. ABT developed and sold an Order Management solution into the retail supplier market.

Earlier in her career, she held roles as Director of Development at Software 2000 (Infinium) and as a developer and implementation specialist at American Software. Linda majored in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration at Washington State University.

Stuart Mitchell

Deputy Chairman and Co-Founder

Stuart Mitchell is Deputy Chairman and Co-Founder of OneView Commerce and is a member of the Board of Directors. He brings over 30 years of finance and management experience in high technology, aerospace, private equity, and accounting. Stuart oversees corporate direction and supports the execution of business strategies in the areas of sales, alliances, corporate communications, support, and finance.

Prior to OneView Stuart was CFO and Executive in charge of the Store Business Unit at retail software company NSB Retail Systems (now Aptos). Under his leadership, the company was able to weather the downturn of 2001 and return to strong organic growth reporting earnings increases in each of the four years commencing in 2004. Realizing that consolidation was becoming ever more important, he was able to guide the sale of NSB at a significant premium in 2007 to Epicor.

An experienced executive in finance and general management, Stuart brings a global view of companies and markets, having acquired and participated in the management of businesses in the UK, North America, Europe and the Far East. He has been involved with early stage growth companies, turnarounds, industry consolidations and sale situations, and has served as a board member on a number of public and private companies spanning a range of industries.

Stuart’s background prior to NSB was in finance spending his first 11 years with PWC, principally in their New York office, and thereafter as CFO at publicly listed companies. He graduated with a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Auckland. Professional designations include Chartered Accountant (New Zealand) and Certified Public Accountant (USA).

Lexy Johnson

Chief Marketing Officer

Lexy Johnson is the Chief Marketing Officer leading OneView’s go-to-market strategies and is a member of the Executive Team. She brings significant experience in technology marketing for complex enterprise products including working as a consultant for a range of technology companies from startups to global entities. Lexy is responsible for defining OneView’s market position by leading the product marketing and go-to-market strategies that synthesize input from key stakeholders and influencers to shape the OneView brand experience.

Previously, Lexy managed corporate marketing at Lawson Software where she was responsible for the development and execution of the integrated market development plan that supported the aggressive strategy to grow revenues three-fold in under three years. Once the company reached that milestone, Lexy became a founding member of Lawson’s healthcare division that spearheaded the company’s highly successful launch into vertical markets. Lexy holds a bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University.

Abhijit Killedar

Chief Technology Officer

Abhijit Killedar is the Chief Technology Officer and is a member of the Executive Team. Abhijit brings 18 years of expertise in product development, implementation and support including extensive experience creating and managing product development and support teams worldwide.

Abhijit is responsible for the technology roadmap which includes research and validation of upcoming technologies, products and integration partnerships to ensure OneView products remain at the forefront for thought and industry leadership. In addition, he provides technology leadership to support the sales cycle, including C-Level strategy presentations and technology deep dives that have led to most of OneView’s global customer wins.

Prior to OneView, Abhijit was the director of support and product manager at Reflexis Systems a privately held retail software provider with more than 250 customers. In that role, Abhijit held dual accountability for managing enterprise production clients and leading the product development of specific workforce management applications. In addition, he specialized in working directly with Fortune 100 clients to solve business challenges by aligning the Reflexis product offerings to individual client needs. Abhijit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Pune, INDIA

Jo-Anne O’Brien Fay

Chief People Officer

Jo-Anne O’Brien Fay is OneView’s Chief People Officer owning and driving initiatives that deliver on our business objectives through culture, employee engagement, retention, and organizational design. In this role and as a member of the executive team, Jo-Anne leads OneView in building successful programs to support employee ownership of their domains, create team environments that excel, and provide opportunities for employees to work with passionate and committed colleagues while personally growing to achieve their full potential.

Jo-Anne has been an instrumental member of OneView’s journey to leadership in the retail technology space, having led strategic program management and as a key member of the early product marketing and delivery organizations. Jo-Anne brings deep knowledge of the retail technology space from her time as a customer-facing technology leader at Ahold as well as in professional services at Triversity (SAP). Jo-Anne holds an MBA from Suffolk University and is an active adjunct professor in their school of business.
