OneView has extended the receipt functionality on our platform to include the option for electronic receipts. Extensive configurations allow retailers to customize the eReceipt Logo, retailer name, receipt subject, and add targeted marketing messages for tailored customer communications. The sales associate selects the customer’s preference after tendering from the printed, electronic, or both receipt type options. Check out this new feature to offer a modern and green alternative while reducing costs for printer hardware, paper, and the like.
OneView’s Cash Management offering now includes Till to Till transfer, a feature that provides a traceable process for sales associates to move funds between tills. This feature enables a fast resolution when a sales associate doesn’t have sufficient funds for a customer return or if the till is low on funds and a transfer from the safe can’t be completed for any reason. Till to Till transfer enables the best customer experience by limiting transaction time for efficient customer service while maintaining traceability and not affecting store closing procedures.
OneView’s new Remote Cash Management feature is an extension of our core Cash Management functions of Till Count, Pickup, Pay In, Pay Out, Float, and Till to Till Transfer. This new feature enables sales associates, who have the appropriate permissions, to remotely run any of these specific cash management functions for the other tills in their store. Remote Cash Management increases store efficiency by enabling store management with greater flexibility to execute key operational processes.
